I get the channel, but I'm not sure what tier it's on. Go to the Xfinity website, log in to check your local listings, and see if it is available. It is possible that you may need the Sports & Entertainment Package, which is usually around $10/month.
Where I live, it is part of the Preferred (220 channels) package.
