Hey !
We are Xfinity customers for decades
On our TV we can launch the Peacock app and see all programs, movies and all episodes of your streaming TV shows
However --
-- on both my Windows 11 laptop and my Android phone, even when logged into Xfinity on these mobile devices, even showing that I'm logged into Peacock and Xfinity, even w the Peacock app connected to Xfinity, the app forces me to sign up for a plan -- even though I clearly have a Peacock plan through Xfinity
Why won't the same plan I'm already paying for show up on these other devices?

I had Peacock as part of my Super Triple Play bundle. We got a new cable box and gigabit modem about 6 weeks ago. Since then, I can no longer access Peacock. When I go to the xfinity.com/activate-peacock page, I receive a message that Peacock is already activated. When I try to launch Peacock on my TV, it's asking me to either sign in or create an account. My Xfinity credentials don't work on this site. If I go to Peacock, it's asking me to sign up and pay for a subscription.
So far, I've done an online chat where I was told it would be fixed within 40 minutes (it wasn't), a phone call, and a technician even came out yesterday. He replaced the box and modem in case that was the problem. After over an hour and several phone calls to his supervisor, we were told that it's a known issue with Peacock and that we had to contact them. I contacted Peacock and was told it was an Xfinity issue. We keep getting bounced around. My bill clearly shows that we have Peacock included with our services until June 2025. This has been very frustrating and I see from these forums that I'm not alone. How do we get Peacock on our TV?
