Access to Peacock as a Diamond member
When I access Peacock, it says I have to pay for subscription. I was told that the Diamond members had that included with our $350/month!

Good evening @user_02byq2, we can help with your Peacock activation concerns. Have you tried activating your subscription on https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock? If so, how long ago did you activate it?
