Access to Paramount Plus and Showtime App
I am an xfinity subscriber and pay for showtime and paramount plus (also listed in my acocunt when I login to xfinity website).
I cannot seem to access the Paramount Plus service via the internet or on my xfinity box. It does not show any showtime content avalable for streaming.
Why can't I access this service/content?

Thanks for reaching out @peters69! I can understand why this would be confusing, especially when you see Paramount+ with SHOWTIME listed on your account and expect that to provide access everywhere. I'd be frustrated too if I was paying for a service but couldn't access the content I expected.
To help clarify, the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription available as a streaming service/app is separate from the subscription that provides the SHOWTIME channels and On Demand content through Xfinity TV. While the names are very similar, they are different products and don't always include access to the Paramount+ app itself.
The on demand library may also show content exclusively available in the Paramount + with Showtime app, those shows and movies also require a separate subscription to Paramount + with Showtime.
