ACC Network

I have been told that employees are being told that for now it will not be added.

So be careful how you choose. In any case I spoke to an agent who said withdrawal penalties are null and void if you keep one of the three triple play services.

Previous responses that have been marked "solved" are inaccurate.  Until we have the ACC Network, like the SEC, Pac12 and Big10 Networks, the issue will not be "solved".  Please stop the runaround and come to a resolution ASAP.

We need that Network, or I will be shopping for a new provider!!!

Trying to get a straight answer about when there will be a resolution to the negotiations to provide the ACC Network.  On the phone I was told "be patient, things are in the works", but in chats I got the brush off.

We want the product and if you can't/won't provide it, lots of folks will leave to find it.

Please add ASAP!

I will be cancelling if you do not carry the ACC Network. I pay extra for your sports channels each month and don't mind paying a few dollars more for what I want. I am one of the rare ones who left streaming for cable.....don't mess this up Xfinity!!!

I have called numerous times and each time the response I get is "we do not offer it at this time".

My response is always "I will need to switch to another provider if Comcast does not offer the ACCN by 8/29". At that point they simply tell me to let them know if I want to cancel. I really do not think Comcast cares one bit if we start to leave or not, I can tell in their response to me. Someday, hopefully soon, there will be a 5G network that will provide everything I need and then it's no more cable. For now it will be Youtube TV for the ACC ang Big10 networks come 8/29.

Longterm customer frustrated with lack of input/news/access to newly launched ACC Network through ESPN for which I already pay in my service package!! Update please or this customer bolts for a service that does provide ACCN!

Will xfinity be picking up the ACCN programming?
