ACC network on ESPN app not working

Excited to finally get my Tarheels on xfinity. Works fine via cable box, but error on espn app. Tried logging in and out, reboot, etc. No dice

I wanted to check in to see if you are still having the same issue streaming ACC through the ESPN+ app. If so, I would try uninstalling the ESPN+ app and reinstall it to see if that corrects the issue. It sounds like it worked for one of our community members.

tried the uninstall and still not able to “unlock”. I still Get the same Error message.

are there and detailed instructions for what the other customer did, just in case I missed a step?

No, there are no detailed instructions that are different than what you've already done @goldnhrt. Have you by any chance tried to uninstall the app, then clear out your device cache and cookies before reinstalling the ESPN app? If not, please give that a try and let me know if that works or not.
