ABC channel

The ABC channel on Comcast is CONSTANTLY cutting out, breaking up, pixels all messed up, every day, all day long. This has been going on for a very, very, very long time. WHY? It is the only channel on the hundreds of channels we receive that does this.

Channels come in on different frequencies. Pixelation occurs when there is something impeding a frequency, in your case ABC(possibly others that you don’t watch or get). Check all of your connections are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters to help with signal levels. If that doesn’t help, have a tech out to troubleshoot that frequency further.

I've tightened connections, done what other people have recommended. Guess I'm gonna have to put a call in for a tech. This is the only channel it does it with. Thanks for your reply.
