ABC affiliate no longer available

Our household has been watching ABC/WXYZ channel 7 for over 30 years , my wife specifically watches GMA and our local news coverage.  To suddenly not have access to LIVE broadcasts through our Xfinity account is not acceptable. Please return the ABC channel to your available channels. Thank you for putting your attention to this concern.

AND,to have taken this action, in over 20 states and with multiple different Networks, without ANY FOREWARNING to your paying customers is UNACCEPTABLE, period!  Comcast/Xfinity owes all customers in all markets that lost channels without forewarning a refund!

It's scripts they want to charge xfinity more so if their cost goes up so does yours it's a contract issue and not everywhere if you Google it there is more info that explains it ..abc cvs a few others are a 3rd party that xfinity pays them for  they are the issue not xfinity

Extremely frustrated to not have a network channel like ABC where many shows are broadcasted. Please make a deal with them. This is unfair to viewers paying for cable.

Paying more than $200 a month and not getting and over the air channel has me wishing fiber or any other option was available so I would be finally free of Comcast.

Not only that, but we get overcharged for every single purchase made on Xfinity.  Just basic services & programs including local broadcasting channels & it's like paying for a car payment monthly.  And now, just because Xfinity obviously couldn't negotiate a great rate with Scripps to be able to continue coverage of the channel, we, the consumer, is being punished and overcharged.  Where is our credit for not being able to watch a channel that we have been able to watch for years thru Xfinity & I am sure have paid a premium for it.

I think that Xfinity needs to rethink their model, as losing a network is just going to cause more people to cut the cord, especially those that were already on the edge. Weigh that into your negotiations, as I am one of them. Give me a break that they are too expensive, you take enough…

It looks like xfinity is still dragging its feet in settling the Scripps contract dispute. I’m wondering if the reason for not negotiating a contract is because many of your customers are locked into 5 year contracts and you can’t charge US more money. Do we have to wait 5 years for ABC to come  back to the tv lineup?
I see that you’re really pushing people to purchase your phones in your television ads. How much are you paying for the ads? Yet, still NO deal with Scripps. Doesn’t look good on your part xfinity. I wonder what service you’ll deny your phone customers in the future!!!

Still expecting to see a refund on my bill this month.
