ABC (805) in Minneapolis is intermittently freezing

Watching ABC now (Jimmy Kimmel Live!) and the channel is pausing/freezing for about a second every minute to two minutes. Was watching the Conners on the DVR from earlier and the same thing was recorded on the DVR.
A few days ago noticed it on the ABC national news.
This problem is only happening with ABC (a channel I do not watch very often)
