While watching a TV show onnHD I typically get a message indicating that show is available in 4K, however when I tune to the 4K programming I'm getting a message stating I need to subscribe to that channel. The channel I was watching was NBC. I've watched several shows in 4K including most recent the MLB Allstar Game, but now all of a sudden I'm getting this subscribe message. I'm already on a 4k package, anyone else experiencing this issue? I called, they reset my box, but getting same message.
