35 year VERY dissatisfied customer
Re your failed negotiation w Scripps. My message to management - FIGURE IT OUT. Completely unacceptable that we pay close to $450 monthly for our “bundle” and, in return, we no longer get the local ABC channel. ARE YOU SERIOUS? This demonstrates unbelievable incompetence by your leadership team and complete disdain for your customers.
To make matters more infuriating, you make it nearly impossible for your customers to connect with anyone at Comcast who might take ownership, or assume some accountability for problems and your generally pathetic customer service.
After 35 years as a customer, WE DESERVE MUCH BETTER.
FIGURE THE SCRIPPS THING OUT and give us back ABC.
