03062 Error on certain channels

I am unable to get ESPN, ESPN2, and MLB channel to work.  There may be other channels too.  Most channels are working fine though.  Getting the Trouble Connecting message with XRE-03062 message.  Thoughts?

Not sure if it relates to your issue, but we started having a rotating, intermittent issue with error codes last winter. Tech said our signal was great and swapped us to Internet based TV instead of running a box on the old cable TV signal. He eluded to that being what Xfinity is headed towards anyway and since our Internet was fine, it should fix our issues. And it has *knock on wood*. Support on here was good, but had to wait for them to go through their processes before they recommended sending a tech.

Good Morning, @user_l3lcwe I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble viewing those channels you posted, I know how frustrating it is not being able to watch a game. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still having trouble viewing those channels?

Yes.  Still having the issue.  HBO HD also doesn’t come in.   Tried a couple of restarts.
