You'll need to make a payment in person.
I am beyond frustrated that my account has somehow been restricted to where I can only make in person cash payments at an Xfinity store. I am a disabled person that cannot drive, so the added $30+ just to get to an Xfinity store to make this payment is a major inconvenience. I have been with Xfinity for 6+ years. I have spent days working with Customer Service to resolve this and I am now considering switching to Verizon since no one wants to help.
I have even read other posts and see support members mentioning for customers to send a direct message but I don't even have that option to do so.
I'm not going to continue to pay $30+ there and then back, when I'm already paying almost $50 more a month than other internet only customers.
Can someone please check into my account and have this restriction removed?
