Year of trying to fix same billing issue

Since October 2024, Comcast has incorrectly charged me $234 for two internet services at the same residential address, despite it being impossible to have two separate Comcast internet lines active at the same location. For more than a year, I have called customer service every month and spent hours on hold, only to be repeatedly assured that the billing error has been corrected and the charge removed. However, each following month the same $234 balance continues to appear on my account, forcing me to start the process over again. After a year of repeated calls and broken promises, Comcast has failed to permanently resolve this obvious billing error, causing significant frustration and wasting an unreasonable amount of my time. I am requesting the immediate removal of the charge and written confirmation that my account has been permanently corrected.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi Jeniece went through my monthly 3 hr call of cold transfers, no notes updated on my account with Comcast today. Supervisor promised to call me back case number <EDIT: Removed Personal Information>. Customer Service rep assured me the issue would be resolved in collections but he couldnt transfer me. The number he gave me was wrong. Called back got another number and called collections and they said they couldnt help me and needed to contact customer support. Another loop / dead end.
