xm fee applied on my account

Hi, By mistakenly xm fee applied on my account, mobile line came as free line along with internet connection, which is suppose to be zero $, but I am seeing 4.46$ on my bill, can you please refund or cancel those fee. Thanks

Hello @user_zo6nys For the free lines we are waiving the normal service cost of $40/mo for the 1 year. As for taxes related to the cell service they are government taxes and fees usually ranging from $2-5 based on area. That sounds like what you are describing and those are unable to be waived.

Not all taxes and fees are Government mandated charges, but charges to cover imposed fees @user_zo6nys. So they may be categories differently. You can learn more by visiting our 'What charges appear on my Xfinity Mobile bills' support page.
