Xfinity won’t give me a refund for the phone I returned!!
I followed all of the return instructions in the mail to send my perfectly good phone in as I was trading it in and I got the email from xfinity “
Your old device is on its way to
US Thanks for sending us your Apple iPhone 16 to complete your Early Upgrade on LINE 1's line! Remember, if you sent us an Apple device, we can't review it if Find My is active. If you haven't already, you can still turn it off on iCloud.com.”
and then find out they charged me $400 for the phone I sent in and told me I need to contact assurant since they’re supposed to tell them they got my phone?? Contacted them and they told me they can’t do anything without a claims number and to contact xfinity. Spent hours talking to both and keep getting the work around from both. This seems like such a scam and at this point I’m about to call my bank and dispute this charge and report this to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Attorney General office. Can’t believe this treatment after being an xfinity customer for years.
