Xfinity vs Kinetic

I currently pay $127 per month just for the internet portion of my bill (additional for TV). Kinetic is now in our community and I can get 2 GB internet and phone service for $70 per month. Is Xfinity willing to reduce the price of the internet service to match Kinetic?

Can you please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

I completed the direct messaging with my full name and address, but have heard nothing back. I will be making a decision whether to stay with Xfinity or switch to Windstream / Kinetic fiber in the next two days. Right now I have a quote for the Kinetic product that is significantly less per month and a higher bandwidth than my current Xfinity product. All I have heard from the Xfinity organization is that they don't want to lose me as a customer.
