Xfinity Support-Just moved addresses and need to pay final bill at old address but cannot find the old bill anymore

Hello- I just moved and I need to pay my final bill at my old address. Yet, when I log into my xfinity account it is not letting me switch accounts to my old address and my old address account number is no longer showing up under my new xfinity account. I got the email to do it but the links on the email all bring me to my current account showing a $0 balance with no way to find my old one. Please help.

Did you recently transfer service from one address to another? This can result in a balance transfer in which there may not be any payment needed for the old account?

 

Have you attempted to call 1-800-XFINITY to see if a payment is reflecting for the old account, see if your old account is under a different Xfinity ID, or attempt to link the accounts? Steps can be found for linking at our 'Link, unlink, and switch between multiple Xfinity accounts' support page. 

 

Could you please give these steps a try and let us know if you are able to locate the old account and payment options. Hope to hear from you soon.
