Xfinity support
Hello,
I’m reaching out to request an escalation and financial hardship review of my Xfinity account.
I’m currently experiencing financial hardship and am not employed. I depend on family financially, and my current account balance and monthly service charges have become difficult to manage.
I’m asking Xfinity to please consider making an exception and providing assistance in the following ways:
- Reviewing my outstanding balance for possible reduction or forgiveness.
- Waiving any eligible late fees or additional charges.
- Providing a more affordable monthly rate.
- Offering temporary bill credits or financial assistance.
- Establishing a manageable payment arrangement based on my financial circumstances.
I genuinely want to keep my Xfinity service, but I need assistance making the account affordable. I would greatly appreciate having this request reviewed by someone with the authority to approve additional accommodations beyond standard payment arrangements.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing what options may be available.
Sincerely,
[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Good morning @user_h63tmf, and thanks for reaching out to us on the Xfinity forums with your issue, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. If the account is currently past due and eligible for a payment arrangement, that would need to be set up in the Xfinity app or using the automated system, but we can take a look at the plan and see if there is a way to reduce the monthly bill. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
