Why am I being charged twice in the month of June? I recently switched my account to a new plan and you are trying to charge me on June 3rd for my old service. With an additional payment for my new service in the same month. I have tried calling customer service MULTIPLE times and your automated service will not direct me to speak with someone. I am so sick of Xfinity and it was a mistake to renew my service. You need to focus on your customers this is absolutely ridiculous and just plain robbery.

We can certainly check out your account to see what's happening and clear this up. Please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
