I just want to send my payment via check, using USPS. I need the postal mailing address to send my payment.

Previous posts have advised finding the correct mailing address by inspecting the billing statement. It has been said that there is a link to "PDF Statement" somewhere. I have not found it.

Please tell me how I can get a *PDF copy* of the "real statement" (not the summary information presented on a web page).

Thank you!

A little additional info - I did succeed with finding the PDF copy of my statement, as recently as December 2024. I have that printed out in front of me. I could use the mailing address at the bottom of this statement, however I am concerned that the correct address may have been changed since then.

Thank you for any help.

@user_t0i5iu , thank you for taking to the time to visit our forums! My favorite saying is trust, but verify, so I think the approach you are taking is great. I will send some steps below on how to view the PDF version of your Xfinity bill statement.

1. Visit https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history
2. Log in to your account if you are prompted to do so

3. Click on any statement to trigger a PDF download

If some additional guidance is needed, this article here View your Xfinity billing statement history also has some visuals for you to follow along with. Please let me know if this helped.

Solved - The PDF link is present on the statement. Either I missed it earlier or it was gone temporarily and reappeared.

Thanks

Thanks for your help XfinityJustinM.

To clarify my previous reply - It is as you say, the statement accessed from the History page, does contain a PDF link for the "real" statement.
