Xfinity support
I am getting billed after I have cancelled my account. I can't call and talk to anyone because I just get the automated machine and my account at that address is no longer active. I am a manager on my roommates new address so anytime I call it associates my number with that address and I can't get anywhere. This is frustrating.

Thanks for the info, @user_ksie3d ! I'll also need to send you a six-digit code to gain access to your account. Would you rather me send that code to your email tied to the account or phone number tied to the account?
