Xfinity stopped paying Netflix
Xfinity stopped paying my Netflix so it was cancelled. I never requested to cancel my Netflix or to make any changes to my bill. I’ve had Netflix through Xfinity for years. My bill is set to autopay, it’s charging for the same usual monthly amount, Netflix is listed on the current statement, and my online account says the autopay is still processing so I don’t know how Netflix could be canceled. Now, if I resubscribe, I will be charged more! Xfinity is literally the largest monthly bill, and it’s the worst service. I’m constantly thinking of downgrading or canceling so this is the push I needed. So frustrating

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
