Xfinity services paid off and cancellation requested, but not canceled and still being billed

About a month ago, I talked with a live customer agent via call to cancel my Xfinity services on July 8, 2026. I received a service cancellation number from the agent, and a cancellation request email. I even paid in advance the upcoming charges for the billing cycle that included my cancellation date.

However, the app and website indicate that my services have not been canceled. There is also an unpaid balance for my account that does not reflect the advance payment that was paid upfront a month ago.

Please correct my billing and complete my cancellation request as agreed upon a month ago.

@user_jffr0b, thanks so much for taking the time to work with us this morning. Here is what we discussed: https://www.xfinity.com/cancel

Since we bill 30 days in advance, you might be charged for the upcoming month depending on when the cancellation date hits. Anything you overpay will be refunded to you.

Have a wonderful weekend!
