Xfinity sent me an fraud email.

I already returned xfinity modem to 11112 San Jose Blvd Ste 4, Jacksonville, FL 32223.

But xfinity email to me about device bill.

So I chat with agent, and got ticket [EDITED: Personal information].

But xfinity sent me about bill with final warning said they will send my information to billing agent.

I have any Idea why xfininity fraud to me!

Why I have to do direct message?

I leave the ticket number.

Why that is personnel info? It only can be detailed by xfinity.

Say answer in here officially.
