Xfinity seasonal hold doesn't happen

I applied for seasonal hold but my bill is still being charged the full monthly fee.  I tried reaching out to customer service but xfinity assistant keeps telling me there are no agents.

The concern is not "Home Security Rules And Automations" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
