Xfinity needs to get rid of the AI Assistant Immediately

I have no choice but to use Xfinity due to the requirements of my building and despite them supremely messing up my service transfer from one apartment to the next, they have also charged me for things at least 10 different agents and A SUPERVISOR told me I would not be billed for. Now I am sitting here going on over two hours of trying to reach a real person with no avail. I don't understand why on gods green earth you lot thought making a computer with the capacity of two toddlers kicking sand in a sandbox was a good idea to help serve clients. I am appalled and disgusted and I will not pay a dime until this is resolved and a REAL person speaks to me.
