Xfinity mobile [Edited]
I have contacted extended mobile repeatedly, and from December to February 5 have been taking money off my account with no device on the mobile service I have called them told them that every time they said we took care of the problem sir you won’t have to worry about it againtoday I have looked at my phone and saw in my bank account. They have took $43 out of my account altogether Xfinity has taken
Plus the account was made in October. They did not charge me till December. The card was on file but no device was activated how is that okay to take money from someone that not even using the service. Explain to y’all multiple times and still nothing has been done
