Xfinity Mobile Discount not being applied to internet bill

I signed up for Xfinity internet with an unlimited mobile line and was supposed to be getting the $45 discount on my internet bill. However it is not showing up on my bill and I am being charged the full amount for internet.

The only reason I signed up was due to this discount I was promised and if no one can explain why it's being withheld I will likely just cancel service altogether.

I do not have mobile phone on my Xfinity Account. My devices are Internet, TV, AND Land Phone; only [Edited: "All Caps"]
