Xfinity mobile credits($40) not getting applied from Xfinity Internet promo -billing issue- being tossed back and forth - very disappointed
I want to express my displeasure with not being able to resolve a billing issue. This is related to an Internet plan promo(ordered Nov23 2024) during Thanks giving 2024 - with $40 mobile credit for 12 months.
When I checked after a month in store, was told that it might take 1-2 billing cycles. Later after 3rd month, the customer care over phone kept juggling me from Xfinity mobile guys to Xfinity internet guys, not knowing who could help. In March, when I called again, I was told that it will be addressed from next bill and credited. But nothing happened. I visited store yesterday and they are asking me to contact customer service over phone again! I have spent lots of time and effort in vain, so far. Didn’t expect to be treated this way, being a loyal Xfinity customer for so long. Could you please help escalate my issue and resolve it?

Subject : Xfinity $40 Mobile Credit Not Applied – Repeated Runaround from Support
I was promised a $40 monthly credit as part of an Xfinity Internet promotion when I added a mobile line. It’s been over 45 days, and the credit still hasn’t been applied to my account. Despite calling customer service over 100 times, I’m constantly being bounced between the Internet and Mobile support teams—each saying the other is responsible.
Multiple tickets have been created, but nothing has been resolved. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and support. There’s no proper escalation path, and no one seems willing to take ownership.
Has anyone successfully escalated this to executive support or resolved a similar issue? Any guidance would be appreciated.
