Xfinity is not honoring military discount

Why is Xfinity not honoring their military discount? I have tried over 3 weeks trying to get my military discount applied. All links for registration don’t work. I have gone to multiple Xfinity stores and have been refused a registration in the store to very my military status. I have called the military help number and no help. My bill still does not reflect my discount. Who can help to correct this?

Hello @user_142cfu thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. I understand how important it is to take advantage of the military perks. When it comes to discount are you referring to the Free mobile line? Also, do you get an error when you try to register your military status?

I have purchased WiFi with the military discount offer for free tv now, which would make my bill $70. However, I am being charged the regular price for the free tv now option. It is suppose to be free for military. But as of now my account is still being charge $90+. I get an error every time I try to register my account with the military verification. I am convinced that link is non operable and Xfinity is not honoring what it is advertising for military.

Thank you for letting me know @user_142cfu. I see that you are looking for the Xfinity discount for NOW TV. It looks like that has to be added after your military status is verified. I have an article with additional information linked here. Military Discount What error are you getting when you try to verify your military status?
