Xfinity is [Edited]

I've already read posts that says I need to direct message, however, there is no way to direct message unless I actually post my question that already has been answered. Are you [Edited: "Inflammatory"] xfinity??

I need to DM someone to cancel my service. The website [Edited: "Language"], the forums [Edited: "Language"]. Thank GOD someone else put up wires in my neighborhood...good luck keeping anybody at this point. Is that a question?

Hello user_9hocgw. Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that you need to cancel services. But I am happy to help out. Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. Here are the steps to send us a direct message.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
