xfinity incentive tracker, is it spam?

I got an email from yourcard@xfinityincentivetracker.com directing me to myprepaidcenter.com for a virtual prepaid reward card.  It mostly seems legitimate, but how can I be sure it's not some sort of scam email?

Thank you for reaching out. If you get a random email after NOT making any changes, signing up for a service, or selecting a promotion, I would certainly be hesitant. Did you recently sign up for Xfinity service? If you check your account number here https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track, do you see you are qualied for an active promotion?

I did sign up for mobile recently and see a pending card.  Honestly, I think I'll play it safe and wait for the card in the mail like I've had happen before.  Thanks for the extra check either way.

I did investigate further, and found that we do have some virtual gift cards that can be redeemed if you received a reward through Xfinity Rewards: https://www.xfinity.com/rewards, or if you accessed our military benefits: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/military-service-offers.
