Xfinity fraudulently keeping accounts open that were told to close

​I told Xfinity to close my mobile account on Nov 2022. I moved out of the country. I paid off the Nov bill and the Dec bill.​

​On January, I received another bill for over 100. I went to the FCC. An executive, Arturo, told me it was "left over charges". I paid off that FRAUDULENT CHARGE. I told him to close the account. AGAIN.​

​Tell me why on April 28, 2023, 5 MONTHS after telling Xfinity to close my account, I get a bill for 5$.​

​XFINITY LIES: They charge as a contratc when they claim in ads it is month to month. I filed again another FCC complaint.​

​XFINITY, WHEN DOES YOUR FRAUD END?!?!?!??!​
