Xfinity fraudulently charged me !!!!!

I moved in April 2025. I specifically canceled the internet service at that property, and established new service a year ago….I even did a chat months ago to confirm that I was not being charged for internet at that address. I had to put a new phone on my plan, and went in to the Xfinity store today. There were THREE separate accounts open in my name, and I found out I have  FULL YEAR’S worth of unauthorized charges!!!! Over $1,400 from Xfinity that was NOT authorized and should have been canceled…and the store could not get me my money back 😡 Why I earth would I stay with this company?! This  is criminal!

@XfinityVictor This was done by Xfinity! I reached out to ask for my service to be canceled at my old address. I was assured it would be canceled, and my service moved to my new address. Xfinity established service at my new address, BUT kept charging me for service at my old address on auto pay for a year! Xfinity opened a new account, but never closed out the old one. When I reached out later to be sure I wasn’t getting charged at the old account, they opened a third account, and STILL never canceled my old address!!!! This is Xfinity’s fault for charging me for service for an entire year that I was told was canceled, and for opening multiple accounts. Xfinity has charged over $1,400 to my card because of this! I NEVER authorized Xfinity to continue charging me for service at a place I don’t even live….That’s what I am referring to. If I have to I will file an FCC complaint, because that is money that should never have been taken from my bank, due to employees messing up.
