Xfinity DOES NOT honor payment arrangements

Talked to an agent who “set up” a payment arrangement on my account. First payment was due 06/28/2024. As of 06/13/2024 they shut off and suspended my internet service. They won’t even let me talk to a real person until I pay back whatever is due. WHAT?? Scam artist.

Please help me. I had a payment arrangement and it was not honored by Xfinity and my service was suspended. I don't have the funds to restore. How can get restored and the payment arrangement honored??

RUNNNN! This company will do whatever it is they want and still take your money. Been talking to support 2 days and they just said they CANNOT authorize payment arrangements. And on top of that they’ve been making me pay for a service I never signed up for… fraudulent and scammers.
