Xfinity billing
I have been on the phone with customer service and every time I get that they will not automatically withdraw money from my account and they always do. I’m getting so sick and tired of this. The app does not work and their system is highly flawed. I’m thinking about going to someone else and I will be putting a word out that Xfinity is horrible with this billing phone and Internet. and if I could rate this, it would be a 1⭐️

You should be able to manage your auto-pay via the Xfinity app or Xfinity website by following the instructions in the Set up or turn off automatic payments on your Xfinity account article. You mentioned that you were having issues with the Xfinity app, what exactly were you having trouble with?
