Xfinity bill increases 75% in 3 years..why?

We joined Xfinity in 2021 when our bill was 75% lower than it is today.. We have been loyal customers despite these increases, even when losing service on many occasions,  and now having to deal with our latest problem of our service shutting down every morning for the past month.We were on the phone dealing with this issue yesterday for an hour and a half, only to be told Xfinity wasn’t to blame, WE were the problem  and  that we would have to pay for service if they came to our house to check it out. Then today we got a new bill with an increase of $42…a 25%  increase from last month’s bill …not as a reward for being loyal customers, which we have been,  but a hefty increase  because we lost our discount that they lured us in with 3 years ago.We are at the point now where we are going to cancel Xfinity, look for a new service and spread the word about the high prices and poor service we have been receiving.What do you have to say about all this,  Xfinity?? Can you lower our bill, improve your customer service, and make things right?

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Nothing was addressed or answered..typical for Xfinity!

Instead they sent me to another department,I followed their directions, and here I wait..
