Xfinity asking me to return equipment that I never had

I am be Asked to return a cable box when I never had one I only had Internet with a Motorola modem router that I ordered from Amazon and self installed

When I try to review my bill it says my balance is $0

But I've been billed $200 for April but my service hasn't been active since March

Gotcha! I'll see what I can do. In order to get started can you, please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Your services should be itemized on your bill. Do you see the cable box listed, if so is there a price next to it?
