I am sorry to hear about the issues with the bill, I know how frustrating it can be when a charge shows up on the bill that you were not expecting, but you have come to the right place for assistance. With some older plans, there was a promotion that the xFi complete, which was an add-on that included unlimited data, was included for free for a set number of months, at the end of which the regular fee for the service would be added. If you look at past bills you should see if that is the case on your account, because it will show the add-on with a $0 charge.
