wrong rate charged

Hi I have been charged the wrong rate since dec 14, 2022. My rate is supposed to be 39.99 for the first 12 months till feb 14, 2023, then 49.99 for another 12 month. But I have been charged for 44.30 since dec 14, 2022 then it rose to 59.99 since feb 15, 2023.
