Wrong Movie Playing

I rented Hallmark, Mistletoe Murders, Season 2 Episode 5, "Twas the Fight Before Christmas". A previous episode is airing in place of the rented movie. They are airing Episode 3 of the season which I have already watched through Hallmark Plus. It is showing under Cinedigm for the rental. How can I get this corrected bill wise and what needs to be done for other people to avoid the same mistake that happened to me?
