Wrong Movie Playing
I rented Hallmark, Mistletoe Murders, Season 2 Episode 5, "Twas the Fight Before Christmas". A previous episode is airing in place of the rented movie. They are airing Episode 3 of the season which I have already watched through Hallmark Plus. It is showing under Cinedigm for the rental. How can I get this corrected bill wise and what needs to be done for other people to avoid the same mistake that happened to me?

I would love to take a closer look at this technical error and help get this resolved for you. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address so I can access your account and investigate what happened with the rental.
To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
