[Edited: Personal Information]. [Edited: Personal Information]

i had to change my payment from 6/11/25 to 6/13/25 because that's when i get paid. I thought it was the 11th so I was thinking I would be fine. I just don't want my service interrupted if at all possible please.

Hey @user_opoemh, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share your experience. If you have a scheduled payment, you should be able to cancel and make a new scheduled payment.

If the account is in a delinquency status, I would recommend visiting our 'Set up a payment arrangement for your Xfinity balance' support page where you can schedule a future dated payment to secure services to the payment date. We are unable to scheduled payment arrangements on our end and would need to be processes through this self-service option.

Can you please give this a try and let us know if you run into any issues? We hope to hear from you soon.

I was just wandering if someone could note that I had reached out so my service will not get interrupted tomorrow as stated on my account. I already set up a new payment to come out on 6/13/25 after I realized the date I originally put for today was incorrect

If you follow the process that is listed within the self-service, the services should be secured. We will be unable to prevent an account suspension as only the self-service option can prevent that for occurring. Would there happen to be anything more we could assist you with this afternoon @user_opoemh?
