WORST WEBSITE EVER

You guys have the worst website ever! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for three days now and it’s like this every time. Please fix it or don’t but it’s literally the reason why I’m switching companies!

I second this post... how can an internet service provider be so bad at this... it been beyond bad for years!  NO hope whatsoever that anything will change.
