Worst service ever

It all started in January. My bill went from $218 to 256 when I called to complain. Everything got so so bad first they told me they could lower my bill and they took all my channels away when I had to call back. My bill went up because my plan was no longer available now it went to 263 they told me they could save a lot of money if I moved my cell phone and my home phone to a cell phone it would say $40 I reluctantly did it and never saved the money because they said that was only for new customers. Put my cell phone back to Verizon wanted to keep my old phone number which I’ve had for 55 years. They’ve made that such a mess still trying to get it back first they told me be back in 24 hours after 36. They said no 48 to 72 hours. I’ve been on the phone with them for so many hours and every time I do something else goes wrong. They keep telling me I have two Internet servers when I only have one they keep telling me they’re gonna correct. The problem never do. Last month they went into my account and ended up taking over $300 saying part of it was for a partial plus the two servers. They said they’ve corrected now they try to take $281 out of my account. I had to stop automatic payments. Again, I have spent hours and hours hours on the phone with them and nothing ever seems to get resolved.
