WORST INTERNET EVER
Company is horrible!!! I recently reached out to extend my bill and was not giving a logical reason why the option was not available for me even when I already set up a extension date. Can’t speak with anyone because the company has it set to only speak with chat representatives because they know the games they play with customers. The fact that they have a “I don’t care” attitude is disgusting!! You would think since a company has a big name they would treat there customers with more respect and concern.Also spoke with a chat representative/supervisor by the name [Edited: "Personal Information"] who ignored my concerns in the chat . Personally tried my best to be respectful to the company but they are to unprofessional for me .
