Will my wifi get shut off immediately after missing 1 payment?
Hello I am wondering if my wifi will get shut off as soon as I miss the payment? I won’t be able to pay til next week and my bill is due in 3 days. I’ll pay as soon as I get my paycheck but that’s in 7 days. Will I still have service until I can pay the bill?

Hi, @user_f37520. Great question and I appreciate you making sure. We have a grace period and you will be fine paying in 7 days and nothing will happen. Make sure if you have autopay on to turn it off. Once you manual payment goes through you can turn autopay back on. Thanks!
