Will ACP credit appear on statement?

Hello,

I successfully enrolled in the ACP program with Xfinity on 10/5. And I received a $30 credit in my account on 10/7. My billing cycle is from the 29th to the 28th of the following month.

Since my internet plan is $20/mo and my mobile plan is $25/mo, I believed only $10 will go to the internet bill and $20 will go to my mobile bill.

So I'm confused about when I will receive the next ACP credit? Before 10/29 or 11/29?

And I also want to know how I will receive such credit --

Will it appear on the monthly statement as a discount? Or will it simply appear on the billing page like a payment?

Thank you so much!

Great questions, @yuli123! You've definitely come to the right place, and I want to thank you for creating a public post to get started. I've temporarily edited your username in the Forums since we don't want the names to include your actual name or other personally identifiable details. You are welcome to change it again! We just ask that you avoid the use of both first and last name.

I'm very glad to hear that you qualified for the ACP! This credit does show up on the billing statements, but it can take 1 - 2 cycles, and we don't see the credit in our billing system/ledger until the statement is generated. I'd say that since you've already seen one credit apply to your online account, that means you should start seeing the credit printed on your next bill. Do you know your next bill cycle date?

@XfinitySara Thank you! The next bill cycle will be 10/29 to 11/28, and I have already received the statement for that cycle. However, I don't see the ACP credit on the statement.

@yuli123 The ACP credit is applied at the same time each month. If you received the previous on 10/7 then you will see it appear again on or around 11/7 and then around the 7th of each month going forward. Also, if you look at your statement, the "Billing Date" is the date each month that your statement is created. Once that date hits in November, you should see all your charges and credits.
