why is the xfinity website still horrible after all these years?

i have been noticing xfinity keeps tacking on $2, $1 to my bills over the last few months, so i decided id look at my bill. Sadly i cant do that because their website has been garbage for 6yrs or more. i guess i HAVE to force paper billing, because i cant view the billing page, or much of anything on xfinity's website.  to any xfinity employees, its not me or my account, or my router settings or a storm, its a policy and pattern of dissuading customers from viewing their bills. ive reported this MANY times, im not using that horrible app because why should i. fix your website! 

im SO sick of these ISP monopolies, i cant do it anymore with the nickel & diming & the price hikes and the outages and the bandwidth throttling. its like living with a thief, you always need to be on your toes or they'll rob you , or break in to your room when youre gone.
