Why is the website so slow?
Xfinity's website is very very slow, the slowest out of all the websites I visit.
There's also design / layout issue with confusion between the different services - mobile, internet, tv, etc.
Please fix.
It's not a browser issue, or cache, or other things you may want to side track.
It's the website.
The app is also very slow.

I second this. The www.Xfinity.com website and the app are a JOKE. They are super slow and Buggy and it is totally the fault of Xfinity's web servers. Also the way that the website is implemented where different activities require redirecting to different sites and in many cases having to sign in multiple times is the worst. It is amazing and pathetic that a web service provider has such an slow and buggy/unfunctional site.

It's now October 2025 and Xfinity's website continues to be the slowest thing on the internet. Plus, terrible navigation, constant "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account," you name it. You'd think an internet service provide would be better at the internet.

I wanted to revisit this post because I got a notification of an additional reply. I did find that when I followed the instructions provided by Xfinity to clear the cache and cookies related to infinity from my web browser I use Microsoft edge on Windows 11, the performance and responsiveness of the Xfinity website improved dramatically. I'm looking at the website right now and it's fast and responsive at least at the moment
